Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, all pending wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules. Bonus balances and loyalty points will be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to liability limitations, dispute resolution, and intellectual property rights — shall continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7s.con, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 7s.con and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
All content on the 7s.con Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game designs, and text, is the intellectual property of 7s.con or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 7s.con.
7s.con reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.
